My responsibilities over the last  years – in high level positions – have been in the international automotive top management area with very large and medium sized companies. I have been heading implementation projects such as Lotus Notes worldwide, SFA / CRM implementation. Due diligence and MA projects in Italy and the US with the following autonomous negotiation oft the contracting and acquisition of an US Company in 1999 , the merging of different cultures, definition of a new e-business, B2B and ASP product strategy have been the most interesting tasks in my career .
